We are currently recruiting for an additional overseas sales representative due to an increase in overseas projects. ★Recommended points of the job★ ・With solid performance and a clear growth strategy, the company is expected to continue to grow sustainably in the future against the backdrop of the expansion of the renewable energy market. ・The sales style is to deepen relationships with existing customers and increase sales over the long term. The appeal is not just sales, but being able to support the customer's business as a partner. ・There will be business trips to overseas locations, and there is also a chance to be stationed overseas in the future. [Job description] You will be mainly in charge of sales of manufacturing equipment to major US solar panel manufacturers. Currently, there is only one person in charge, so we would like you to support the sales representative in the first place. There is a possibility that you will also be in charge of some domestic companies. ・Responding to orders (checking and adjusting delivery dates and work schedules), creating quotations and invoices ・Presence at Matsuyama Factory before shipment, presence at local delivery, dealing with equipment problems ・Interpretation work for engineers, etc. *There will be overseas business trips about once a month, and domestic business trips to Matsuyama Factory (Ehime Prefecture). [Training] After joining the company, you will learn industry knowledge through classroom lessons for about a week. After that, you will gradually learn your work mainly through OJT. [Assigned organization] Sales department: 8 people (2 in their 40s, 1 in their 30s, 5 in their 20s) [Job characteristics] Since we deal with niche products and there is little competition, there is no need to strongly sell the products. You can focus on building and strengthening relationships with customers, visiting customers (overseas business trips) to collect information such as planning new equipment, and customer service (dinners with key people during overseas business trips, hospitality when customers visit Japan, etc.).
