★You can be involved in famous exhibitions and events held at Tokyo Big Sight, Makuhari Messe, hotels in Tokyo, etc. ★You can take advantage of your language skills and have the discretion to work on large-scale jobs such as a single hall or an overseas pavilion. Your main clients will be manufacturers and other companies that want to exhibit booths at exhibitions and exhibition organizers, and you will be in charge of the production process from the time the project is received until the event is held. Specifically, you will respond to inquiries from companies that want to participate in the exhibition on the website, and conduct interviews and proposals. You will also be in charge of existing customers who are repeat customers. *There will also be overseas business trips (about once a year). Each person will be in charge of a variety of clients depending on the size, and each project will be carried out over a span of about three months, so multiple projects will be carried out at the same time. The sales representative will be the liaison office, and will be the center of the team while working with each department in the company (creative positions, production positions, partners), and will also carry out detailed adjustments with the client (such as booth materials). You will also be involved in managing the budget, delivery date, and construction (on-site). Many of our overseas clients are from Europe and China, and we plan to make business trips to the same areas about once a year. [Recruitment background] We are receiving more inquiries from overseas clients who want to participate in Japanese exhibitions, so we are looking to increase the number of orders by increasing the number of people who can respond to them. [Organizational structure] Sales is divided into three departments, and this time you will be assigned to Sales Department 3. Department 3 has about 33 employees, of which 4 are in overseas sales.
