Hmlet Japan is developing a new lifestyle brand called "Hmlet" to promote the Japanese rental housing market, adding the value of (1) a comfortable life like a service apartment, and (2) community (meeting with other tenants). Due to the rapid expansion of our business, we are now looking for people who are proactive in developing new business to launch a new corporate sales team! We are looking for people who are not afraid of challenges and can act quickly. [Job Description] You will propose the "Hmlet" brand from Singapore and conduct efficient and strategic sales activities. You will use your experience to develop new corporate clients and expand business. As this position will also involve proposals to foreign companies, communication in English is required. <Specifically> - Corporate sales activities to convey the appeal of the Hmlet brand - Developing new customers and expanding business - Implementing a flexible approach based on market trends - Planning and executing strategies to achieve sales targets - Dealing with business negotiations in English with foreign companies *Currently, there are no team members, but in the future, there is a possibility that you will be entrusted with managing the corporate sales staff who will join the company one after another (Management experience is not required.) |
