Job Description |
Hmlet Japan provides furnished rental housing for medium-term use targeting overseas people. You will be in charge of sales/customer support for Blueground Japan, a rental housing brand that is an affiliate of Hmlet Japan (affiliated to Hmlet Japan Co., Ltd.). [Job Description] ・You will work together with Hmlet Japan to develop Blueground, a furnished rental housing brand operated by one of the world's largest networks, in Japan. ・The business is expanding rapidly since its establishment one year ago. As the number of properties under management increases, we are strengthening the team in charge of sales and customer support. ・While making full use of technology to efficiently operate, you will also be tasked with responding to a wide range of customer requests with your sales skills and problem-solving abilities, as well as concierge-like hospitality and mobility. ◆You will work in a hybrid style of working from home and in the office, but we plan to ask you to basically come to the office every day until you get used to the work. ◆Currently, the team is made up of 8 people. |
