Job Description 革製品製造に使用される特殊化学薬品の販売およびビジネス開発業務を担当していただきます。約12社の代理店を通じて150ほどの鞣革業者（主に姫路・龍野エリア）に製品を提供する営業戦略の構築と実行が主な業務です。


Description

* 代理店および最終顧客（鞣革業者）との関係構築と維持
* 市場ニーズの分析と新規ビジネス開発戦略の立案
* 技術的な製品知識を活かした顧客サポートと問題解決
* 営業チームの統括と将来的なチームマネジメント
* 革製品市場における新たな販売機会の発掘と事業拡大


Profile

* 化学製品の営業経験または化学に関する基礎知識（革製品業界経験は必須ではない）
* ビジネス開発志向とマーケット分析能力
* 英語でのコミュニケーション能力（グローバル企業のため）
* 関西地域（主に姫路・龍野エリア）での勤務が可能な方
* チームマネジメントに興味があり、将来的にリーダーシップを発揮できる方
