Job Description [Design and Development Unit Leader]
You will be responsible for designing and developing the drivetrain units (engine parts) of electric vehicles for a major automobile manufacturer.
Specifically, you will be performing practical and management duties in the department that carries out ECU development, circuit design, software design, and test evaluation.
As a unit leader, you will be responsible for managing and educating new employees, and receiving instructions from employees at the dispatched company.

You will be involved in designing drivetrain units related to EV vehicles of a famous automobile manufacturer.
You will be able to learn cutting-edge technology and improve your own skills and step up.
As a unit leader, you will manage and educate new employees, and receive instructions from employees at the dispatched company.

Job
Requirements		 Technical/Humanities/International Affairs
Development and Design
-Business level Japanese (equivalent to N2)
-Ability to read and write Japanese
-Ability to use honorific business language in Japanese
-Graduate of an engineering (science and engineering) university
-Experience in mass production development of automotive parts
-Inverter knowledge
-Power electronics design experience (approximately 3 years)
*3D experience in development and design is negotiable
*The following would be a plus
-Development and design of automotive ECUs
-Experience in designing and developing embedded software
-Experience in developing automotive ECU software in the automotive/automotive parts industry (3 years or more)
-Experience developing embedded software or communication software
*Those who can handle the relevant work, such as technical/humanities/international affairs
*Those who can work in Japan
Japanese Level Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2)
Hour Salary Depends on experience
Estimated Annual Salary Depends on experience

[Monthly salary example] 513,500 yen
*Monthly salary example is calculated based on 30 hours of overtime per month. (Overtime pay of 97,500 yen is included)
