Job Description [Machine assembly design]
This job involves the development and production of automatic and special-purpose machines.
You will design the machines that produce products at the manufacturing sites of our domestic and overseas factories.
Since these are our own unique machines, you will start from designing the machines.
You will purchase the parts to be used in the machines and actually make the parts using metal processing machines.
You will then assemble the mechanisms, wire the electrical wiring, control the operation, and create programs to complete the machine.
Once completed, you will test run the machine and transport it to the manufacturing site.
You will also carry out repairs and maintenance in the event of a breakdown.
There is a lot to remember, but you will be able to acquire the skills of Japanese artisans.

Working Hours ■Day shift/2 shifts *Day shifts during off-season, 2 shifts during busy season.

[Day shift] *Off-season 8:00-17:00 (60-minute break)

[2 shifts] *Packed season 1:8:00-17:00 (60-minute break) / 2:16:00-1:00 (60-minute break)

*Overtime is about 20-40 hours per month (depending on the busy season)
