Job Description [Car speaker development and design]
You will be responsible for the development and design of car speakers, as well as tasks related to sound quality evaluation and mechanism consideration.

・New product design and development
・Product planning
・Sound quality evaluation
・Drawing and simulation using 3D-CAD
・Mechanism consideration

This is design and development work where you can experience joint development with cutting-edge, top-class Japanese companies.
We mainly operate two businesses: supplying car speakers to the aftermarket and as original equipment for car manufacturers.
We operate an integrated system from product development and design to manufacturing and sales.
We aim to expand our business in the sound business, including the environment for "listening to sound."
We welcome people with an interest in music and cars.
Working Hours [Day shift]
8:30-17:15 (60-minute break)
*Work 5 days a week
*Overtime is about 30 hours per month

Requirements		 Technical/Humanities/International Business

Development and Design

・Practical experience in design and development (3 years or more)
・Ability to use CAD (SOFT: CATIA/SOLID WORKS)

・Japanese level: N1 required (certificate required)
・Ability to read and write Japanese
・Ability to use honorific business language in Japanese
*Able to handle relevant duties such as technical/humanities/international business
*Able to work in Japan
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Hour Salary Depends on experience
Estimated Annual Salary Depends on experience
Other Salary
Description		 [Basic monthly salary] 260,000 yen to 310,000 yen (depending on experience)
[Monthly salary example] 322,206 yen
*Monthly salary example is calculated based on 30 hours of overtime per month. (Overtime pay of 62,250 yen is included)
*Salary amount and net amount may differ due to income tax and municipal tax.
