[Recruitment background] This is an increase in staff for new development at circusAGENT. CircusAGENT is currently a rapidly growing product, growing 200% compared to the same month last year. We would like to continue to drive the development of new functions as the product continues to grow. Currently, one PdM is essentially serving as the PO for two teams. As a result, - PdMs are not doing what they should be doing, such as deciding on the product vision and product policy - They cannot think about the scale of the development organization, or concentrate on QCD management and recruitment activities - The overall quality of support is declining due to the excessive work in the PO role We would like the current PdM to focus on product management rather than taking on the PO role. Therefore, we are looking for a PM who can take on the PO role. [Future structure] By hiring a new person for this position, you will take on the PO role in the current Scrum development.
