On September 5, 2024, we announced a project to build a cross-border remittance infrastructure together with international organizations! By using stablecoins, a digital currency whose value is linked to legal currency, we will realize "fast, cheap, and convenient" international remittances.

Since our founding in 2018, we have continued R&D for technology and business opportunities with the aim of creating a "de facto infrastructure" as "global x deep tech" from "Japan".

Our company aims to become a decacorn (a startup with a corporate value of over $10 billion), and in order to achieve this goal, it is often said that "we need to win in global x deep tech".

As a major first step, the aforementioned cross-border remittance infrastructure project was launched. Currently, we are promoting the project with an advantage due to the advancement of legal development in Japan, but as it is a large market, global competition is expected to intensify in the future.

In this environment, we are currently rapidly expanding our recruitment, mainly to our development team, in order to take the lead in creating a "de facto infrastructure" as a "global x deep tech" from Japan.

Requirements		 Required skills
- Development experience requiring basic implementation skills (any of the following)
- Experience developing libraries, frameworks, and middleware
- Experience developing products that are publicly available, such as peer-reviewed papers and OSS
- Experience developing highly technical projects with high loads (social games, ad tech), reliability (data infrastructure, FinTech), and decentralization (Blockchain, IoT)
- Ability to implement based on English systems literature
- Basic knowledge of implementation, such as algorithms, data structures, networks, security, and design patterns
- Interest in the technologies that make up blockchain

Preferred skills
- Experience implementing blockchain or blockchain-related projects
- Advanced knowledge of distributed systems
- Advanced knowledge of security and cryptography
- Advanced knowledge of parallel/asynchronous processing programming
- Conversational communication skills in English

Desired profile
- Ability to define how programs that will be used in the medium to long term, such as OSS, should be implemented and to realize the implementation
- Ability to understand and implement low-level system processing, such as networks, security, data structures, and computational costs
