◇80% of project fees are returned as face salary, allowances, and paid benefits. The face value salary is 60% of the project fee.

[Satisfactory assignment method]
◇Before your joining date, we will have a meeting with a sales representative to discuss your experience and career aspirations in detail.
Based on that, we will make an assignment to meet your wishes. After that, we meet once a month to decide on future assignments.
As a result, engineers’ satisfaction with their assignments was at a high level of 82%.

[Easy to work environment]
◇Overtime is approximately 18 hours per month on average.
Of course, the operating hours are determined at the time of the contract, and since we are dealing with a major SI, we carefully manage operating hours.

・Depending on your experience, you will be entrusted with either planning, requirements definition, or design document creation/improvement work.

・Project examples: Credit card screening reception system (Windows/C#/net/Oracle), manufacturing industry financial accounting system (Windows/Java/PL/SQL/Oracle), securities risk management system (Solaris/Java/Struts/Oracle)
・In Kyushu, approximately 40% is system/application development, approximately 40% is infrastructure construction/operation/maintenance, approximately 10% is support/help desk/quality evaluation (testing), and approximately 10% is control/embedded development.
■Project example:
・In-house system DX promotion project at a major financial company (this is a large-scale project, but it is an environment where even young people can grow)
・System construction project at a telecommunications company (5G-related development, environment where you can acquire communication and data-related knowledge)
・Workflow improvement and digital migration projects at major companies
*The above is an example. We also have many projects related to the latest systems.
