・Experience in design and construction based on best practices for cloud architecture
・Experience in continuous development such as CI/CD, observability, and performance improvement, and efforts to ensure stable system operation
・Experience in technical decision-making with an eye on operation, ensuring flexibility including mid- to long-term system changes
・Experience in implementation that captures the characteristics of each language using statically typed languages (Go, C/C++, Java, Rust, Scala, etc.)
・Ability to deduce and isolate the cause of problems in unknown systems
・Attitude that is not afraid to build systems with high security requirements
・Interest in and ongoing curiosity about the technologies that make up blockchain

Preferred skills
・Experience equivalent to SRE in environments with high security requirements such as financial institutions and FinTech companies
・Work experience related to distributed systems
