Job Description Our company’s corporate message is, "Reservations will change. The future will change."
We are developing a solutions business that maximizes direct sales reservations for accommodation facilities.
As a market leader in direct sales reservations, we are not bound by industry common sense.
We are taking on various challenges to realize creative and unique services.
It has already been installed in approximately 2,000 facilities, mainly lodging facilities such as luxury hotels and inns.
We have one of the top shares in Japan for reservation systems developed in-house.

When booking via OTA, high fees are a major issue that puts pressure on the profitability of accommodation facilities. Additionally, the accommodation industry faces many challenges compared to other industries, such as labor shortages and delays in digitalization.

Focusing on this issue, we believe that there is a need for a system that allows accommodation facilities to attract customers on their own, and we have developed and provided the reservation system ``OPTIMA’’ that allows accommodation facilities to make reservations directly on their own website.
We are creating technology that enables a win-win relationship where customers can book directly from the official website of the accommodation, and accommodations can reduce fees, improve profitability, and increase investment in people and digital.

We are currently recruiting for a solution salesperson who will propose optimal solutions to customer issues and needs in response to business negotiation opportunities acquired by inside sales. The duties you will be entrusted with are as follows.

■Specific work content
・Propose solutions for business opportunities acquired by inside sales
・Create orders by tactically approaching customer issues and needs
・Project control from initial negotiations to order acceptance
・Smooth onboarding collaboration in close collaboration with customer success
・Hearing about customer requests and functions and feedback for product development
・Negotiation and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
・Coordination with other departments and implementation of collaborative measures
・DX conversion to improve operational efficiency, etc.

*Basically, business negotiations are conducted online.
*Customers range from large-scale accommodation facilities to simple lodging facilities.
