We are a cross-border fashion e-commerce startup founded in 2018 as a pioneer in disseminating Asian fashion to the world. The company completed Series A funding in February 2024 and is growing rapidly. In the future, we will expand our services to the rest of the world, with a focus on all of Asia. We will realize our mission of ``bringing Asian fashion to the world’s mainstream’’. <Recruitment background> We are recruiting for this position in order to further accelerate the entry of new brands, which is the starting point for business growth. We currently have over 1500 brands in our store. In order to achieve rapid growth, we need to increase the number of brands we handle at an accelerated pace. While continuing to enhance our Asian brands with a focus on South Korea, we plan to expand overseas in the future. We will also focus on adding Asian brands other than Korea, such as Japanese and Chinese brands. Therefore, we are currently looking for someone who can handle brand entry negotiations and onboarding. This is a position where wet communication is important, We are looking forward to applications from people who can utilize their fashion knowledge, sales skills, and relationship-building skills to play an active role. <Business details> We will assign you areas of responsibility according to your language skills and interests. From the list of in-store brands, You will be responsible for all negotiations related to entering the store, proposing plans, and completing contracts. ・List of Asian brands mainly from Korea ・List of Japanese fashion brands/select stores ・Negotiations upon entering the store (price, planning, operation, etc.) ・Planning proposal/proceeding upon entering the store ・Onboarding after joining ・Building relationships starting from entering the store ・Contract for entering the store |

Job Requirements |
・Japanese is business to native level ・Persons with corporate sales experience (those with experience in fashion and other brands/manufacturers are welcome), or those with similar experience. ・People who love fashion and have knowledge of fashion (graduates from fashion schools and work experience at fashion-related companies are welcome) |
