The position we are recruiting for this time is not just a salesperson who sells things,

[Specific duties]
As a sales manager candidate, you will be responsible for proposing and selling our company’s IT services that contribute to agriculture to dairy farmers and fattening cattle farmers.
After you have gained a certain amount of experience and achieved results, you will be asked to take on the responsibility of managing subordinates.

■Business content
・Proposal and introduction of agricultural in-house IT service “U-motion” for dairy farmers and fattening cattle farmers
・Building trusting relationships with major feed manufacturers with whom we have business alliances
・Sales, planning and operation of sales strategies, and sales promotion in collaboration with related departments
・Identification of team issues and sales strategy planning
・Activate information sharing within the company (within and between sales offices)
・Management work related to consideration and implementation of existing customer requests (CS improvement)
・Management work related to complaint handling and quality control
・Submit opinions to relevant departments as necessary

Description		 Salary details:
