?Charm of the position ・As an emerging service, we can connect with a wide range of real estate players, mainly major developers, investment corporations, real estate funds, and real estate management companies (currently, we do business with over 80% of listed real estate companies, investment corporations, etc. that manage office properties) ・You can be involved not only in routine work but also in creating systems. ・We use SaaS tools such as Slack and Google Workspace, and our company culture is to actively streamline other time in order to use time that contributes to steady business growth. Our clients are real estate players, mainly major developers, investment corporations, real estate funds, and real estate management companies.We offer sales activities to propose free installation of devices developed in-house that enable information dissemination inside and outside elevators. ?Position overview Our company, which announced M&A and group joining with Mitsubishi Estate on October 30, 2024, is entering a phase of further business expansion. The number of employees has doubled since last year, and new members are joining almost every month. Although we plan to invest a total of over 5 billion yen in capital, we are still immature and have a sense of speed, so this is the main department/position that will drive our growth, and we will be able to work with great discretion in accordance with the client’s orientation. We will work with existing members to coordinate the progress of projects with existing customers, while also entrusting you with the development of new projects. ▼Example of work to be entrusted to you ・Development of new customers, follow-up of existing customers ・Contract negotiation, negotiation of various conditions such as installation conditions, etc. ・Internal project management ・Preparation of proposal materials and presentations ・Understanding the client’s property management issues and needs and proposing solutions to those issues ・Information collection and suggestions for product improvement |

Salary details: ■Annual income: 8 million yen to 12.99 million yen (incentives and commission included) ■Monthly salary 666,000 yen - 832,000 yen *The above amount includes fixed overtime pay (45 hours, 184,000 yen).
