[Proposal sales at a mobile phone shop] You will be involved in proposal sales and customer service at mobile phone shops and specialty stores. ■Proposal sales In store sales, you will start by providing service that is tailored to each individual customer. After that, you will gradually expand your horizons and take on management duties, such as store manager and then team leader or supervisor. We have an environment where you can challenge yourself to work with greater discretion by achieving results. ■Store customer service You will serve customers who come to the store and answer their inquiries over the phone. From conversations with customers, you will find out about their usage and needs, and make optimal proposals. It is important to accurately find out what customers really want from the wide range of products available, including not only mobile phones but also tablets and fixed lines. |
