Job Description |
[Hotel and Airline Ticket Arrangements Service] We handle various business trip arrangements for business travelers from global companies and major Japanese companies that have contracts with our company. ◆Reservations and Estimates - After receiving requests from customers via email or phone, we confirm the country and duration of the business trip. - Using a dedicated system (GDS), we make reservations and estimates for hotels, air tickets, etc. ◆Arrangements and Route Suggestions - We propose routes and arrange air tickets (international/domestic), hotels, and rental cars according to the customer’s business trip regulations and budget. |

Job Requirements |
Technical/Humanities/International Affairs General Affairs -Japanese level: N1 required (certificate required) -Native level Japanese -Able to read and write Japanese -Able to use honorific business language in Japanese -Graduate of a Japanese language department or tourism department at a university -Experience working in the travel industry (2 years or more) -English level above daily conversation -Basic PC operation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -Able to operate airline ticket reservation terminals (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) *The following would be a plus -Customer service experience in a hotel, etc. -Experience in the aviation industry *Able to handle relevant duties such as technical/humanities/international affairs *Able to work in Japan |
