■Job Overview This job involves supporting the smooth application and selection process and admission preparation process for applicants and prospective students from all over the world. ■Planning and promotion ・Promoting applicant selection using IT software and AI ・Planning and managing the annual entrance examination process ■Business promotion and execution ・Working with other teams within the department (sales, career, alumni, event teams, etc.) and other departments within the company to provide further value to customers and collaborate for business growth ・Proceeding smoothly with student acceptance work, management of scholarships provided by our company and other institutions, educational loans, and immigration management ■External communication ・Realizing accurate and prompt communication with applicants, prospective students, and related parties inside and outside the company ・Providing information to prospective students through orientation, etc. ・Building relationships with related parties through a series of processes |

・Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays *There will be regular nighttime (1-2 times a month) and weekend (1-2 Saturdays per month) shifts to allow for interaction with students and events.
