・Issuing arrival notices ・Processing invoices ・Confirming vessel movements and contacting customers ・Arranging for other documents required for customs clearance ・Entering data into the company's system ・Communicating with domestic customers and overseas branches (overseas branches use English) ・Confirming and sorting receipts of faxes and emails from the main office Scope of change: Other duties as determined by the company |

Job Requirements |
・Experience in import/export work as a forwarder or broker ・English skills above daily conversation level ・Able to pay attention to details and build good relationships with internal and external parties |
