Job Description |
■This is a global customer service position that serves as a liaison between customers, local medical institutions, and various internal departments. - Take calls and provide support to customers who require medical assistance. - Liaise with overseas medical institutions and arrange for medical institutions and medical staff to provide treatment. - Work with overseas medical professionals and local staff to arrange services related to medical evacuation/repatriation, etc. - Liaise with departments in charge of billing for medical expenses, etc. |
