Join a small, highly skilled team of bilingual IT support engineers in a rapidly expanding international Financial Services / Investment Management firm in Tokyo. This on-site role offers the opportunity to provide premium IT support to traders, financial analysts, portfolio managers, and executives while managing critical IT changes and improvement projects. You'll handle technical support, systems administration, and IT project execution, with opportunities to research, propose, and implement new solutions. This is an excellent long-term career opportunity with strong prospects for growth and advancement. Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive desktop and system administration support, from frontline issue resolution to full troubleshooting and follow-ups. • Investigate, test, and approve new systems/applications to ensure security and network integrity. • Plan and manage small IT projects, including vendor management and documentation. • Support market trading applications, including Bloomberg and Quick Active Manager. • Administer Active Directory and Office 365, including user account management and device setup. • Install, configure, and support financial and market trading software. • Enable and support remote work solutions, including mobile device and IP phone setups. • Conduct user training on corporate IT policies and technology usage. • Maintain and improve user manuals and internal IT documentation. • Stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance business operations. |

Requirements: • 3+ years of IT support experience, ideally in a financial services or trading environment. • Experience providing IT support to traders, trading systems, and executives (VIP users). • Professional-level communication skills in both Japanese and English. • Hands-on experience with: o Microsoft Windows PCs and laptops o Remote access and VDI solutions o Active Directory administration o MS Exchange/Outlook, M365/O365, Teams, and Intune o Voice/video support • A proactive, self-motivated "go-getter" mindset with a passion for continuous learning and development. • Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. |
