Job Description The Executive Centre is a service office located mainly in Tokyo.
As a receptionist and secretary for the companies located in each centre, we help our customers achieve business success.

[Job Description]

- Reception duties (handling visitors, conference room reservations and services, handling mail and parcels, etc.)

- Telephone support (reception, forwarding, handling messages)

- Secretarial duties (business support, various arrangements, etc.)

- PC administration (data entry, document creation, etc.)

- Reservation guidance for rental conference rooms, serving tea, cleaning up

- Community event management

- Social media support

- If you are involved in contract renewals as a support for the manager, you may have a chance to receive incentives!

●College/junior college/university graduate
●Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Monthly salary: Base salary 260,000 yen + incentive
