[Job Description]
- Customer Service
You will respond to inquiries about quotes and payments from Japanese customers (mainly professors and researchers) by phone, email, chat, etc.

- Client Management:
You will aim to build relationships and strengthen services while responding to inquiries from clients. From creating quotes to delivery and after-sales service, you will be responsible for internal coordination (communicating with a team of project managers, academic editors, and quality experts) to ensure that client requirements are met.
