Job Description |
[Job Summary] We are looking for a customer service position (mainly a payment processor). In this position, you will be part of a team responsible for appointments, referrals, and provider payments at several U.S. military medical facilities in Japan. Specifically, you will answer calls from Japanese medical providers, translators, U.S. military medical facilities, and patients, and are responsible for making appointments, translation referrals, and entering billing data. You will also be responsible for translating bills from Japanese to English as needed. ・Accurately and promptly process appointments, referrals, and payments ・Answer calls from Japanese medical providers, military (medical) facilities, translators, and patients, and perform necessary follow-up ・Resolve billing-related issues for providers and patients, and work with the International SOS team to respond quickly and accurately ・Enter billing data from medical facilities into the system (Scope of change) Duties as determined by the company |

Job Requirements |
・Experience in invoice processing and customer service ・English proficiency of TOEIC 800 or higher (native Japanese level) [Preferred] Knowledge of hospital/medical administration |
