Job Description [Job Summary]
Responsible for providing professional, effective and responsive medical support services including medical support and medical transportation. High standards of healthcare support are required, combining clinical excellence and customer service.

<Medical Support Duties>
- Medical review and case direction for assigned medical support cases.
- Provide medical consultation, referral, cost assessment, etc. to establish appropriate response.
- Carry out case handover at the beginning and end of shift.

<Medical Support Services>
- Answer medical-related calls and monitor patient status.
- Plan, supervise and evaluate appropriate medical support.

<Medical Liaison and Reporting>
- Prepare detailed medical reports and communicate patient progress to relevant parties.
- Liaise with medical professionals and insurance companies.

<Medical Transportation>
- Plan, monitor and report patient transport and manage accompanying nurses as necessary.

<Medical Equipment Management>

Requirements		 [Requirements]
- Registered nurse qualification.
- At least 3 years of clinical experience in ICU/ER etc. (experience in medical support preferred).
- Ability to use English verbally and in writing.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred.
