Job Description |
IT service management: - Experienced project manager who can drive outcomes without any guidance or supervision. - Effective communicator, who can take the cross-business team on a journey to complete the project with the highest level of quality - Plan ahead, diligently managing risks before it turns to issues - Competent in all project management disciplines including project scheduling, risk and issues management, actions management, stakeholder management, project financials - Ability to negotiate/influence customers - Can put together a high-quality status report, that drives actions, outcomes, and decisions - Understands cost and revenue forecasting - Work Japan hours, starting at 9am JST, and join monthly executive meetings which may require earlier start time - Can manage resources remotely and may need to travel to Japan/India to visit customer - Be able to work with architect, engineers, and developers to carry out project plan and schedule, and conduct customer kick off meeting. - Be able track progress properly and identify the risks /blockers and carry out mitigation plan to meet timeline objective. - Coordinate the lab testing resources with customer and drive and RR and CR process. - Periodically report the project status to management team and customer executives. |

Job Requirements |
1. Strong English speaking skills, Japanese is nice to have but not a must. 2. Able to manage and work with virtual international teams of engineers and architects. 3. Must be able to manage stakeholders internally within the company and externally with our customer 4. Excellent communication skills with proactive mindset 5. Excellent at creating PowerPoint presentations and presenting to a wider audience of stakeholders from working level, to heads of departments, to C suite executives 6. Has technical background to quickly understand the technical recommendation and effectively communicate it to “non-technical” stakeholders 7. Has the ability to translate strategy/recommendations to actions and track implementation status with customer 8. Ability to influence and negotiate with internal/external stakeholders with objective to improve our customer’s mobile network 9. Align with customer on business outcomes and set up the KPI accordingly. |
