While understanding customer needs and recruitment issues, you will propose services and lead the way to a closing. Specifically, ・Propose our services to companies that have issues recruiting science majors (mainly online negotiations) ・Closing ongoing sales negotiations ・Initial onboarding response for received orders You will negotiate with recruitment staff such as the following.
