Customer needs are diversifying, and there is a shortage of experienced employees who have cultivated sales experience to financial institutions. [Job Summary] ■Solution proposals and sales activities for customers' system departments Improvement proposals for existing life insurance systems ■Solution proposals and sales activities for customers' business planning departments Proposals that combine Hitachi's value-creating digital solutions with our technology for new businesses that customers are considering [Job Details] ■As a coordinator of operations, you will lead subordinates and manage progress while proactively collecting and analyzing information necessary to understand the issues and needs of accounts, planning and proposing optimal solutions (IT, OT, products) for customers from a wide perspective of your own and other business departments, and leading to orders. You will also build a wide-ranging network across the company, explore use cases that are expected to be practical in your own business department, and contribute to the expansion of existing businesses while proposing plans for utilization. ■In addition to understanding market trends and technology trends in your own business, you will contribute to social innovation businesses through information collection and analysis that takes into account value-driven points such as industry trends and needs. |
