[Job Details]

As a business manager, you will follow your supervisor's instructions to collect and analyze the information necessary to understand the issues and needs of the account, make good use of the resources of the business division and Hitachi Group, and in some cases, even use services from other companies, to propose the best solution for the customer and lead to orders.

In addition to sales positions, you will build a network within the department and understand the knowledge and technology trends of your own business division and Hitachi Group's solutions (IT, OT, products). As a result, you will contribute to the expansion of existing businesses.


As you follow your supervisor's instructions, you will contribute to social innovation business through information collection and analysis that takes into account value-driven factors such as industry trends and needs.


Expected future IT and DX themes include "blockchain," "data analytics (AI)," "fintech," "biometric authentication integrated platform service," "cybersecurity," and "ESG management service."

Requirements

Meet all of the following
-Over 3 years of work experience
-Corporate sales experience (regardless of industry).
*Experience working closely with customers to solve their problems

[Preferred conditions]
-Experience in difficult proposal activities such as RM (Relationship Management) and mortgage sales
-IT industry experience and knowledge of the latest IT and DX
-Financial industry experience or knowledge of financial institutions
-TOEIC 650 or equivalent English communication skills
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 4500K - JPY 12000K
