Who are you? As a Business Analyst/System Bridge Engineer, you will collaborate closely with top clients in Japan, and your responsibilities include: =>Gathering requirements from stakeholders. =>Organizing requirements. =>Translating and simplifying requirements as necessary. =>Managing and communicating requirements effectively. =>Analyzing requirements. =>Addressing engineers' questions regarding requirements. =>Establishing acceptance criteria for each requirement in web digital solutions. =>Assisting QA Engineers in validating the digital solution's expected outcomes and participating in the validation and acceptance phase of digital product development, supporting customers throughout the process. Requirements At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst/ Systems Bridge Engineer. =>Native/ near-native proficiency in Japanese for business (written and spoken). =>Advanced level of English proficiency. =>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. =>Demonstrated analytical expertise. =>Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. =>Experience in documenting system/software requirements. =>Self-starter with strong self-organizational abilities. =>Openness to learning and continuous improvement. =>A Tokyo resident with citizenship/valid visa. Good to have =>Knowledge in Agile / Scrum. =>Experience on Web Application development projects. |
