As fruit ingredients are sourced from all over the world, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including communicating with overseas suppliers, negotiating prices, making proposals and selling to food manufacturers/mass retailers/the restaurant industry, etc., and being involved in product development with manufacturers, right up to domestic sales of the final product (including private brand development for mass retailers). The company is present during fruit harvesting, and is committed to delivering the best products possible, so it has strong ties with suppliers and will also be required to travel overseas about once a month. You will be responsible for training and management. |
