Job Description In response to various requests from clients, you will gather information from both inside and outside the company, analyze industries and services related to the cases, and propose experts with the most appropriate knowledge to match the knowledge.
For this position, you will mainly be entrusted with cases related to overseas research. You will conduct research on a daily basis for requests from "all countries and regions around the world" and "a wide range of industries," and communicate with experts from diverse backgrounds (regions, industries, and occupations).
Your job will involve connecting global knowledge while utilizing your language skills, making you a true "knowledge database expert" position.

<Main duties>
- Requirements definition for various research requests from clients (full-time handling of overseas requests)
- Research on industries and occupations that match the requirements, and list and propose optimal expert candidates
- Expert screening (checking knowledge and experience and details)
- Review and add to the proposal list
- Work with the development team to consider system development for operational efficiency and measures to improve the UX of clients and experts

- Investment banks and other financial institutions

- Industry trend research, environmental research of target markets for M&A/investment decisions

■Salary:

- Estimated annual salary (including last year's bonus): 4.5 million to 7.5 million yen

- Estimated monthly salary: 300,000 to 550,000 yen

- Fixed overtime pay: 91,000 to 153,000 yen

Fixed overtime hours (45 hours): 83,000 to 140,000 yen

Fixed late-night hours (20 hours): 8,000 to 13,000 yen
