Join Ahead Consulting, a leading IT Managed Services company in Tokyo. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As the Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, hiring, and nurturing top talent to support our growing business. Your primary focus will be on internal recruitment, ensuring that we have a skilled and dedicated workforce to deliver exceptional IT services to our clients. Responsibilities: Strategic Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with management to understand the talent needs of our various teams. Design and implement comprehensive recruitment plans to identify and attract qualified candidates from internal sources such as employee referrals, internal job postings, and talent development programs. Continuously improve internal recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, fairness, and a positive candidate experience. Team Leadership: Lead a team of Talent Acquisition associates, providing guidance, mentorship, and support, fostering their professional growth and maximizing their performance. Set clear performance goals and expectations for the team, regularly monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements, develop position descriptions, and establish effective strategies. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance, for internal candidates. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and alignment with internal job requirements. Ensure a smooth interview process by coordinating schedules, providing interview training to hiring managers, and gathering feedback. Data-Driven Approach: Leverage metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of internal sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations. Prepare and present regular reports on internal recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress to senior management. Requirements: Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment within the IT industry. Strong knowledge of sourcing methods, selection processes, and talent acquisition strategies. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team. Solid understanding of IT roles and skills required in a managed services environment. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making. Fluency in both written and spoken English, with business-level Japanese preferred. Why Join Us?
