Job Description |
[Job details] Negotiate with airlines and purchase aircraft space. Tailor cargo to each destination and manage schedules. Deepen relationships with airlines to obtain information on freight rates and market trends. Track export cargo and respond to customer inquiries. Manage and train junior members [Expected roles] After joining the company, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and coordinating with other departments, while also providing guidance to younger employees (OJT employee/mentor). We expect you to play an active role as an expert in air cargo transportation, such as sharing your knowledge on export consolidation. [Scope of change] Other general duties as determined by the company. |

Job Requirements |
・Experience in air export consolidation ・Experience in customer service or sales at a forwarder or air logistics company is preferred ・Ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders ・Basic MS Office skills ・Business-level English skills are preferred |
