[Job Summary] We are looking for a test engineer (English language case specialist) for our company's software testing business. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks, including test plan creation and design, project management, test executor support, and client technical requirement interviews. There are multiple career paths, including becoming a specialist test engineer, a QA engineer who makes proposals based on upstream quality, and a manager who manages an organization of several dozen people. In addition, this position will be assigned to projects where English is used on a daily basis. We regularly receive orders for projects that require English skills, and we envision a position like a "dedicated English case specialist." By honing your English skills as well as your technical skills as a test engineer, you can increase your rarity value. [Specific duties] ■Handling each activity in the test process ・Promoting and sharing information on test plan creation, design, implementation, and completion ・Handling cases according to each test level and test type ■Test management ・Test project management in cooperation with development teams and stakeholders ・Analyzing and reporting on test status ■Pursuing test-related technologies and deploying and establishing them within the company ・Test process research ・Researching techniques related to testing ・Consideration and promotion of introduction of mathematical methods ・Consideration and promotion of introduction of test automation ■Project management ・Schedule and progress management ・Support for test executors ■Support for order activities ・Technical hearings on requirements ・Support for technical elements of proposal contents ・Calculation of labor hours for proposal contents ・Explaining proposal contents to customers ※There are also cases where the client requests the employee to be present on-site. |

Job Requirements |
[Required skills/experience] ■Over 1 year of experience in software test design or software development/operation and maintenance *Web/open systems, development process, or programming language are not important. ■People who are comfortable reading English documents (Recommended: TOEIC score of 600 or above) *For foreign nationals, business level Japanese (Recommended to obtain N1 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test) [Welcome skills/experience] ■Practical experience in test design and QA at a third-party verification company or business company ■Leadership experience ■PM/PL experience in software development projects ■Experience in upstream development processes (requirements definition or design) ■Test automation implementation experience ■JSTQB FL/AL qualification holder |
