Job Description	After joining the company, you will first gain experience in our company's commitment, customer service, cooking assistance, part-time management, etc. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including sales and profit management for a store with annual sales of approximately 200 to 300 million yen, recruitment, training, and labor management of 30 to 80 employees, and proposals and planning that lead to store and business improvement. Even if you have no experience in the food and beverage industry, there is no problem because there is a training system in the company. We plan to promote you to store manager within 1.5 to 2 years after joining the company. (※The minimum annual salary for store managers is 5.44 million yen or more) After gaining experience as a store manager at a store, you can advance your career in various ways at the head office, such as product development, development planning, area management, education, and public relations, and many international employees are already active at the head office. Company Info	We are a major food and beverage company that operates 657 restaurants of various types in Japan and 23 overseas. We plan to focus on overseas expansion, especially in Asia, in the future. Taking into consideration your personality, experience, and preferences, we will decide on one of the following restaurants: "Yakiniku", "Sushi/Shabu-Shabu", "Ramen", or "Okonomiyaki". You will be running a popular restaurant that is crowded with many customers every day! This is an environment where you can utilize and grow the skills that each of you has cultivated, having had a variety of previous jobs. Working Hours	9:00-25:00 (standard working hours: 8 hours) - Break time: 60 minutes - Overtime work: Yes Average monthly overtime hours (store): 18 hours - Work in either early, middle, or late shifts. Shifts are decided 2 to 3 weeks in advance Work example) Early shift: 9:00-18:00 (1 hour break) Middle shift: 11:00-21:00 (2 hour break) Late shift: 16:00-25:00 (1 hour break)
Job Requirements	[Requirements] Japanese: Business level English: No requirement -Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 level or higher -For foreign nationals, university or vocational school graduates from either Japan or their home country -Able to be transferred nationwide (desired place of work is negotiable) ～Those with the following experience are welcome～ -Management experience as a store manager (or equivalent) in any industry -Experience managing multiple stores as an area manager, etc. -Some leadership experience at work [Desired personality] -Curious person (eager to speak up and do things) -Want to work in an environment where you are evaluated based on your abilities -Want to propose a lot to the company -Want to work and value connections with colleagues -Want to have enough time for family and themselves
