| Job Description |
You will be in charge of overseas clients/projects for a service that matches experts with valuable knowledge gained from practical experience with clients who have various challenges, such as strategy planning, new business development, digital transformation, and organizational development. In cooperation with matching consultants, you will gather information from inside and outside the company in response to a wide variety of requests from clients, analyze the business and industry related to the project, and match knowledge through proposals from experts with the most appropriate knowledge. You will conduct research on a daily basis for requests from all countries/regions/industries, and interact with experts from a wide variety of backgrounds (regions/industries/job types). ##### Main duties -Define requirements for various requested cases -Research industries and occupations that fit the requirements, list and propose optimal expert candidates -Screening experts (check knowledge and experience and details) -Scrutinize and add to the list of proposals -Work closely with the development team to develop systems that streamline daily operations and improve the user experience of clients and experts [Major clients] -Major consulting companies, including foreign and Japanese -Financial institutions *Examples of cases Industry trend surveys, environmental surveys of target markets for M&A/investment decisions, future predictions for noteworthy businesses, user surveys for new businesses, etc. |
