Job Description |
・Collect and analyze information on our own brands, competitors, and consumer/trend information worldwide. ・For our own brands currently operating overseas, you will be responsible for understanding customer experience trends through data and promoting digital transformation for brands/stores. (By working with IT/technology managers at each brand and promoting cross-brand initiatives, you will lead the promotion of business using technology across the entire overseas business.) ・Digital transformation initiatives at each overseas brand/store (improving customer experience, improving profits, improving operations, etc.) ・Understanding the latest trends in food service-related technology at a global level and considering/promoting its introduction to each brand ・Collecting and analyzing various information to achieve the above (using BI tools, etc.) |
