Job Description ■Project Planning:
・Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining the scope, objectives, timeline, and resource requirements.
・Work with cross-functional teams to define project tasks and deliverables.
・Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
・Improve project management efficiency using project management techniques (e.g., critical path method).

■Project Execution:
・Lead the project team to achieve project goals and objectives.
・Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure timelines are adhered to.
・Effectively communicate project status to stakeholders.

■Resource Management:
・Allocate resources efficiently and effectively to ensure project success.
・Work with department heads to secure necessary resources.
・Manage and motivate project team members.

■Risk Management
・Identify and analyze potential risks to project success.
・Develop and implement risk mitigation plans
・Proactively address issues and problems as they arise

■Reporting to
・Head of Strategy and PMO Division
※All executives and departments (overseas and domestic) involved in the project

Requirements		 [Education]

・University graduate

※PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is welcome

[Experience]

・ 3+ years of project management experience, work experience up to project launch (any industry or scale)

・Organizational skills to efficiently manage tasks, resources, and timelines

・Leadership and communication skills to convey information to team members

・High problem-solving ability

・Communication - High active listening skills

・Leadership - High team leadership, conflict resolution skills

・High adaptability, flexibility, and recovery ability

・High cultural sensitivity and understanding of diversity and inclusion
