Job Description This position involves the management of overseas group companies, particularly accounting and financial management and improvement, FP&A, and systemization, and supports management decision-making with other members while acting as a team leader and project manager.

In cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, you will mainly perform the following tasks.

▼Task-based work related to overseas affiliated companies
1.Monthly financial statement monitoring, financial indicator analysis, accounting processing, support for improving settlement and audits (financial accounting)
2.Annual budget formulation review and budget/actual management (management accounting)
3.Cash flow analysis, support for improving accounts receivable and payable management, fundraising and investment decision support (treasury)
4.Tax support for withholding tax, VAT, tax treaties, transfer pricing, etc. (tax)
5.Other management strategy information collection, company information confirmation, internal regulations strengthening and internal application procedures such as contract conclusion (management management, governance)

Through the above tasks, you will be responsible for various decision-making roles that affect the expansion of our group's overseas business, such as formulating management strategies, business strategies, and finance strategies, supporting accounting audits, and formulating tax strategies. In addition, the following projects are being carried out in parallel as a priority initiative for the headquarters, and you will be assigned to projects depending on your background and career aspirations.

①Introduction of SAP S/4 HANA to overseas subsidiaries and data visualization (management digitalization) of SAC (BI tool)

③Establishment and operational support of overseas financial headquarters (establishment of group capital policy)

While leading a team, you will support the improvement of accounting and financial operations of each overseas company, while also achieving standardization, efficiency, and visualization of management through system implementation and business structure creation.

Requirements
<Required experience>
-Experience in individual or consolidated accounting at a listed company (5 years or more)
-Experience in head office management or subsidiary management in the strategic planning department (any number of years)
-Project management (any size/area)
(Experience in general project management from assignment to progress management, negotiations with stakeholders, problem solving, and goal achievement)
-Experience managing 3 or more subordinates (a series of experiences from goal setting to work management and personnel evaluation)

<Required skills>
-Preparation of financial statements based on accounting standards
-Budget and actual management monitoring and improvement proposals based on financial analysis
-Investigative and problem-solving abilities that take into account not only accounting and finance, but also internal regulations, taxation, and consolidated disclosure
-Business English skills (level of ability to conduct meetings in English and discuss with overseas staff)
