Job Description |
As an HR Generalist you will be in charge of day day HR tasks ranging from recruitment to HR Operations. Description * Collaborate with management to drive organizational growth from an HR perspective * Plan recruitment strategies and execute end to end recruitment operations * Oversee new-hire on-boarding processes * Develop and implement labor workflows * Manage personnel and labor data * Conduct employee interviews and oversee attendance and contract management * Maintain and manage payroll, ensuring regulatory compliance (thru a vendor) * Implement an employee evaluation system * Assist with VISA acquisition procedures, management, and implementation for foreign employees Profile * Fluent in Japanese and business level in English * At least 3 yrs. of HR Generalist experience in Japan * Interest in working in a start-up and setting up processes Job Offer * Competitive package based on experience * Good career progression based on results * Flexible work environment - flextime and work from home options available To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
