Job Description	大手保険グループにて人事制度企画のポジションです。大手ならではの充実した福利厚生・子育て世代に理解のある環境です。在宅勤務・勤務時フレックスタイム利用可能です。 Description - 人事制度企画人事制度（等級/報酬/評価/福利厚生）の企画および導入、人事データの分析やシミュレーション、制度変更に伴う就業規則/規程の改定 - 人事制度運用目標管理（MBO）管理、評価集計/評価会議資料準備、昇給率ガイドライン設定、他 - 要員管理当年度および次年度の各部門における要員計画の把握/集計、他 ※これまでの経験や適性/スキル等を考慮した上で、お任せする業務を検討いたします Profile ・300名規模以上の事業会社にて、専任で人事制度（等級/報酬/評価）の企画・運用の経験5年以上おありの方・EXCEL 中級レベル(Vlook upなど集計に必要な関数を使用できるスキル。Macro等は不要) Job Offer ◆勤務地：東京都品川区 ◆残業：月〜30時間程度 ◆就業時間：平日週5日 9:00〜17:00 ※フレックス勤務可 To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
