Job Description	【募集背景】外国籍社員比率6割（40か国籍）在籍中の同社では人事の組織編成に伴い、部内各担当の役割を整理の上、新設ポジションとして募集を開始致します。【期待する役割】同社人事部門は、マネージャー1名とHRBP/タレントマネジメント/労務 / 給与 / 安全衛生・採用　の各メンバーで構成されます。同ポジションでは各業務担当の管理者として、マネージャーをサポート頂きながら二人三脚で同社人事組織を牽引頂きます。【職務内容】下記業務、および本部へのレポートをお任せします。グループの人事グローバルマネージャーはフィリピンに在籍しております。 ■パフォーマンス管理（業績管理サイクルを含む年次評価プロセスを主導） ■給与、福利厚生の管理（サービスラインマネージャー、ファイナンスチームと協力して功績を向上させるための、会社の業績管理サイクルへの関与） ■社員のエンゲージメント管理（CSR 活動やエンゲージメント活動の企画・実行） ■採用業務（要件確認・採用手法の検討・面接・オファー等）【組織構成】マネージャー1名、メンバー3名在籍労務 / 給与 / 安全衛生・採用
