| Job Description |
* Manage projects that will serve to increase productivity, efficiency, and profitability for the Supply Chain function * Partner with stakeholders and operational teams to spearhead strategic projects that aim to improve logistics operations and digitalize systems Description * Drive supply chain transformation projects with the aim of improving logistics operations and network * Build relationships with global stakeholders to understand globally standardized operational procedures and implement best practices at local level * Analyze inventory and find solutions on ways to protect and optimize inventory * Lead efforts to upgrade warehouse facility and storage procedures, assessing CAPEX investment versus profitability * Collaborate with global IT team to drive system implementation project efforts, serving as a bridge between global and local offices Profile * Minimum 3 years of project management experience * At least 5 years of operational logistics experience * Experience working in a manufacturing company or logistics service company * Lean Six Sigman qualification or other relevant qualification preferred * Fluent Japanese skills required and business level English skills preferred * Must be a resident of Japan and/or must hold a valid working visa for Japan Job Offer * Global packaging solutions company that majority market share in Japan * Company that is industry leading in sustainable solutions * Opportunity to report directly to global HQ * Opportunity with collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams * Competitive salary package and benefits * Flexible working options available To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
