Job Description	This job involves creating sales strategies to increase the profits of the entire company. ・Planning an update strategy for the company's website ・Marketing research for the entire industry ・Improving sales tools used within the company ・Planning a recruitment strategy Among these, the company is currently focusing on a new business of introducing semiconductor engineer talent, and has formed a partnership with a Taiwanese semiconductor talent agency to introduce talent from overseas. The following are the specific duties. ■Interactions with partner companies in Taiwan ■Sales calls (introducing semiconductor engineers to Japanese semiconductor companies) ■Planning new customer acquisition methods (requires easy-to-understand explanations using ppts, etc.) ■Support for establishing a Japanese language school (interactions with local organizations) ■Helping students obtain visas and providing life support for Japanese language school students Target companies: Companies based in Japan (head office and branch office in Japan) Currently, three Japanese language schools are located in Tokyo, but the schools are scheduled to be established outside of Tokyo, so in some cases there may be business trips, from once a month to once every few months Organizational structure: 3 Japanese nationals, 1 Hong Kong national, 1 Taiwanese national

Job Requirements	[Requirements] ■Graduate from a university in your home country or graduate from a vocational school or university in Japan ■Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT): N1 level N1 level communication skills are required. Able to communicate by email and phone without problems ■Business level English (TOEIC 600-700 or higher) Documents from Taiwanese partner companies (company introductions, resumes) are in English, so translation work into Japanese is also required *There are also meetings in English (currently few, but about once every two weeks)
