Communicating the appeal of the company's business school: In order to make the company's business school known to more people and to communicate its appeal, we plan and manage various seminars and plan and execute marketing and customer communication plans that make maximum use of digital tools. ■ Planning and management of various seminars: We determine the target group that we want to be interested in the company, consider the challenges they have in their careers, and plan and execute content by involving various stakeholders such as lecturers. Through these seminars, we encourage those who are considering joining the company to start and continue learning in a positive manner. ■ Planning and execution of marketing and communication plans using digital tools: We use CRM, MA, and BI tools to design and operate marketing and customer communication (examples of tools: Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau). By using the latest tools, we can deliver the best message to customers at the best time and support their consideration of taking the course. In addition, we analyze various data obtained from them and make speedy improvements to improve the customer experience. ② Supporting each student's career and learning: We provide 1-on-1 communication and community management to resolve the various issues and concerns each student has and to improve their learning experience at the company. ■ Implementing 1-on-1 communication Those who are considering studying at the company have various concerns, such as "How should I build my career from now on? Should I really take the course now? Can I complete it even though I'm busy?" However, those who know about the company and are considering taking the course have the desire to make some kind of change by learning. For this reason, the company's sales activities are different from those of general sales jobs, and they face the customer's inner self, sometimes encourage awareness, and encourage sincere dialogue to encourage them to act comfortably. Through such opportunities, staff and students are able to build relationships that continue not only during their time at the school but also after graduation. ■ Community management To maximize the value of learning, a high-quality learning community where people can learn from each other is necessary.
