* 社内プロセスの最適化と合理化における包括的なサポートの提供
* スケジュール・チケット管理
* チームメンバーへのタスク割り当て
* タスクの進捗状況の監視
* 部門内でのスケジュール調整
* 会議の議事録作成

* 優れた書面および口頭コミュニケーションスキル
* 積極的かつ自発的な能力。
* チームプレイヤー
* 適応性と柔軟性
* プロセス調整または関連する役割における経験（歓迎スキル）
* JiraおよびConfluenceに関する知識（歓迎スキル）
* SOP やプロセスマップなどのプロセス文書の保守経験(歓迎スキル）
