Job Requirements	【Required】 - Master's or PhD in computer science, machine learning, natural language processing, statistics, information science or related field - 5+ years of work experience as a software engineer or machine learning engineer, including 2+ years in a leadership role - Solid background in machine learning and deep understanding of specific domains, especially in natural language processing - Strong understanding of one or more programming languages - Advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, databases and cloud technologies - Language proficiency at the level of JLPT N1 - Ability to read and write English 【Preferred】 - Experience leading a team of at least 3 people through a series of processes from design, development, and implementation of a document processing system - Excellent communicator, working with multiple departmental partners - Experience with document processing and analysis of a variety of file formats - Experience in document analysis, including document structuring and information extraction - Experience developing and optimizing high-performance document processing systems - Experience in people management activities, including training and evaluation of junior members - Experience facilitating communications in a U.S. or other multi-time zone environment
