As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing software development projects from initiation to delivery. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing small to mid-sized software development projects, serving as the main project manager. - Applying project management methodologies, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, plan project milestones, and allocate resources effectively. - Facilitating meetings, including regular project status updates and problem-solving sessions. - Identifying and managing project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. - Providing regular reports and updates to director-level stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and outcomes. - Utilizing your strong communication skills to liaise with team members, stakeholders, and external partners. - Demonstrating leadership qualities by motivating and guiding team members towards project success. |

| Job Requirements |
- 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development projects. - Project Management Certification (PMP or similar) preferred. - Business proficiency in Japanese (N2 or above) and business-level English communication skills. - Strong understanding of web-based software development principles and technologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage project risks effectively. - Experience in using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Gantt chart tools, and Kanban boards. - Proven track record in budget management and resource allocation. - Comprehensive knowledge of both traditional SDLC and Agile project management methodologies. |
